810 Extra-Heavy-Duty Disc

810 extra-heavy-duty disc is equipped with four sets of 400/60-15.5 wide tires for transport. the 810x10mm heavy duty blade has a working depth up to 30cm/12in. This discs mainly used for land plowing and preparation before seeding and stubble cleaning after harvest in sugar cane fields.

Features
Matching power: 160~450 horse power tractor, working width 3.2m~6.2m. It is used for stubble cleaning and land preparation before seeding in high stubble lands, such as sugar cane fields. With the maximum working depth up to 30cm/12in, it can replace the plough to perform the first cultivation on the light soil and cultivated land. Two-row notched blades, with the diameter of 810mm and thickness of 10mm high-strength steel used to make the structure steadier. Conical double-row bearing with four seals in utilized, which makes the service life 4~5 times longer than that of the ordinary agricultural bearings.
